Vanilla Honey Overnight Oats

The recipe for these gluten free overnight oats is so easy, you’ll no doubt thank yourself when you have it ready to savour on those busy mornings. With energy boosting oats, protein packed chia seeds and creamy cashew milk – these oats will keep you going for hours, so you’re ready to take on whatever the day has in store for you. We have added honey and vanilla for a touch of sweetness, making ‘dessert for breakfast’ a reality!

Vanilla Honey Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 230 ml Creamy Cashew Milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 45 grams Gluten Free Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1 tbsp almond flour
  • 1/8 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 tbsp COMVITA 83+ 250G MANUKA HONEY

Method

  1. Mix everything together in a jar or airtight container, place in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning stir, add a splash of milk and top with your favourite fruits, nuts, and seeds.
