Refunds & Returns

Return of unwanted products (change of mind / cancellation of order).

You may cancel your order (or any part of it) within 14 days of the delivery date by notifying our CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM; please include your order number in the email. If we have already shipped the unwanted goods to you, you must immediately return them to us unused and in the original packaging and at your expense.

If a refund is payable to you, we will process the refund within 14 days of Comvita's approval of the refund. We will pay you the money using the same method you originally used to pay for your purchase.
If you do not receive your refund and it has been 14 days since you received our email, then you will need to contact our CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM.

Note: Comvita does not accept returns for products purchased through a third party. Please contact the retailer where you purchased the product to discuss your options.

Lost, defective or damaged items.

If you do not receive your order, please contact Comvita as soon as possible to clarify delivery times.

If you receive a damaged and/or defective product, or a product that is not what you ordered, please contact Comvita within 30 days of the delivery date to discuss your options. Please send photos with your order confirmation (order number) to our CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM. Comvita will, at its discretion, replace such items or refund the purchase price.
