You are responsible for the goods being delivered to the address you provided when placing your order. We accept no liability if you enter an incorrect delivery address, or if you fail to collect the goods from the delivery address you have provided. Notwithstanding the fact that risk of loss of or damage to the Products does not pass to you until they have been delivered to the delivery address, title to the Products will pass to you once we receive payment for the Products.
If you bought the goods or services as a consumer (i.e. for private use as opposed to business use), you have the right to cancel any contract you have with us within 14 days of receipt of the goods or services ('cooling off period').
If you terminate a contract within the cancellation period:
We will refund any payments you have made within 14 days of receipt of your cancellation notice. However, the refund may be delayed if we haven’t received the returned goods or evidence that you have returned the purchased goods.

All prices displayed on the website are in Euros and are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the applicable rate and are correct at the time the information is entered into the system and do not include shipping costs. However, we reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice (however, any changes will not apply to orders for which we have already sent you Dispatch Confirmation).
Payments can be made using any major credit or debit card, or through your PayPal account. Your account will be charged prior to the shipment of the goods or the provision of the service.
In the unlikely event that the price shown on the Checkout page is incorrect and we discover this before accepting your order under clause 8, we will not be obliged to sell you the Goods at the price shown. We make every effort to ensure that the prices of goods on our website are accurate. However, occasionally errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods you have ordered, we will let you know as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If you cancel your order but have already paid for the goods (and if they have not yet been dispatched), you will receive a full refund.
You hereby confirm that you are the owner of the credit/debit card, PayPal account or bank account used. All credit/debit cards are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If for any reason the issuer of your payment card does not authorize payment to us or refuses to do so, we will not be liable to you for any delay or non-delivery.
If for any reason your credit or debit card payment is not processed successfully, we reserve the right to try the payment again within 48 hours. If the payment is still unsuccessful, we will give you at least 48 hours notice of each further attempt to process the payment by sending you an email to the email address you provided. If you do not want us to try the payment again, you must cancel your order in advance.
Only one discount code can be used per order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders where more than one code is entered.
We allow you to use discount codes only in accordance with the applicable terms. These may include, but are not limited to, provisions regarding your eligibility to use them and a maximum order value. Please familiarize yourself with these regulations before placing an order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that does not comply with these provisions, even if your credit/debit card has already been charged. In the event of any discrepancy between the terms applicable to the discount codes and these T&Cs, the terms applicable to the discount code shall prevail.
We only deliver goods within Federal Republic of Germany and Austria.
